12- Week Transformation Program
Phase I – Restoration Phase
The first six weeks of this program are primarily focused and dedicated to understanding the root of your health problems and working towards the process to eliminate symptoms contributing to your discomfort and further breakdown. We will make important nutritional dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, and utilize whole-food & herbal therapeutic-grade supplements as needed to support the process. The goal is to help you feel better in the areas of energy, stamina, symptom reduction and elimination, and restoring system function. Essential weekly visits will include monitoring and reviewing the prior week’s progress and setting goals for the next week to be able to stay on track. It is very individual and we will work to your desired pace. We’ll review weekly:

Phase II – Healing Phase
This phase is an important time to strengthen & reinforce positive changes achieved during Phase I and expanding the program’s effectiveness to ensure sustainable lifestyle habits. During this phase, we will continue the process of making dietary and lifestyle modifications to enhance what’s working and address what is needed for further progress. For those that are ready to move to the next level, we will create a sustainable healthy mindset & lifestyle that works for you, we will add and incorporate more advanced methods to enhance and restore greater health and body fat loss. I find incorporating the benefits of many different eating habits and customizing them to each individual client as needed has been my secret to a highly beneficial strategy. This phase is where you will see the greatest enhancement to your overall health, body composition, and wellbeing and focuses in the areas of system function, energy, vitality, stamina, and longevity.
